About Us
Pho Papa specializes in Vietnamese cuisine. We offer a wide range of delicious food from fresh appetizers to cooked-to-order entrees. Our authentic Pho is carefully simmered in 12 hours to get the broth concentrated. Pho comes with your choice of meat along with a side of vegetables. In addition, we offer a grilled selection of beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp served with steamed rice or vermicelli noodles. House specialties provide another popular kind of noodle soup called Bun Bo Hue, Vietnamese style shaking cubed beef, lemongrass chili chicken... Our menu also has vegan options and gluten-free availability. Last but not least, we offer an unique collection of boba beverages fit your style of milk tea, fruit tea or smoothies.
Our History
The history of Pho Papa derives from a long journey from Vietnam to America. In the 1950s, our grandfather opened up the first “gánh phở” which was shouldered on a carrying pole in our village. He desired to bring Pho from the original Northern Vietnam to the Central of the country where he was born. 5 decades later of Pho cooking experience, grandpa’s next generation continued to spread this flavorful soup overseas when they immigrated to America. Many years of hardship came before they were able to open their Pho restaurants throughout some states. And now, with a mixed traditional and developed recipe, we as the youngest generation are proud to serve our signature Pho at Pho Papa, a cozy restaurant named in memory of our great grandparents.
